Neuman, Viola (9 JUL 1938)
The marriage of Miss Viola Neuman, daughter of Mrs. August Neuman of Unity and Wausau, to F.E. Blank of Milwaukee, which took place July 9, 1938, was announced Saturday at a family gathering at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Arthur Ewert and family, sister and brother-in-law of the bride.
The bride is a graduate of the Unity, Wis. High School and has been employed the past several years in Milwaukee.
The groom whose parents live in Germany, has traveled considerably and has participated widely in sports. He used to be a player on one of Germany’s leading soccer ball teams, has done boxing and horse racing, also airplane piloting. He is employed at the Seaman Body Plant as inspector at the present time.
The young couple will make their home in Milwaukee. Those present at the gathering were Mrs. August Neuman and Bernieta of Wausau, Mr. and Mrs. L.C. Neuman and Duane of Unity; Mr. and Mrs. B.C. Neuman and James and Donald of Colby; Mr. and Mrs. Riley Neuman and Mardell of Colby; Roma Neuman of Milwaukee; Pauline Martens and Helmuth Kuester of Unity; William Hingiss Jr. of Owen; and Cyril Whitney of Milwaukee.
